From a paper menu to a live QR code, in three steps
- 1
Import or build your menu
Add items by hand, paste your menu as text, or photograph the printed one and let AI pull it out. You review every line before anything is saved.
- 2
Customize your brand
Logo, cover photo, brand colour, item photos, working hours and offers — down to how the item cards are laid out.
- 3
Print your QR
Download a print-ready QR code carrying your logo. Print it once, and keep updating the menu behind it.
Photograph your printed menu. That's it.
Upload a photo of your menu — or paste its text — and AI pulls out the items, prices and descriptions, sorted into their categories. Review, edit, save. A full menu in minutes instead of hours of manual entry. It can write descriptions for the items that don't have one, too.

Your logo, cover, colour and splash screen — plus working hours the menu actually knows about.
Your floor, on one screen.
The menu tells customers what you serve. Operations tells you what is happening in the room right now — which table is asking, and who went.
- PlacesMap the floor the way your staff already talk about it — Roof, VIP, Family.
- TablesAdd them one at a time, or a whole range at once.
- A QR for every tablePrintable sheets for one place, or every place at once.
- Call the captainOne button on the customer's screen, and you know which table pressed it.
- Live service boardCalls arrive the moment they are made, oldest first.
- Staff accountsEvery employee signs in as themselves, and sees only the places they work.

Let the table build the order before the captain arrives.
Customers tap the items they want, choose their sizes and extras, and watch the total add up. The captain arrives to a clear order in front of them — items, options and total.
- Sizes, flavours and extras chosen up front
- A running total on the customer's own phone
- Shown to the captain — not sent to a kitchen
No online payment and nothing sent automatically to the kitchen — your restaurant works exactly the way it already does.
Know what's working on your menu.
How many people opened your menu, and how many of them were new — today, over a week, over a month. Counted in your restaurant's own timezone, so the evening rush lands on the right day.
Questions restaurant owners ask
Do I need to reprint the QR code after changing my menu?
No. The code points at a link that never changes. Edit a price, hide a dish, add a whole category — the next person to scan sees the new menu, and the sticker on the table stays where it is.
Does the customer need to install an app?
No. They point their camera at the code and the menu opens straight in the browser that is already on their phone.
Can I import my existing paper or PDF menu?
Yes. Photograph the printed one — up to ten pages — or paste the text out of a PDF, a Word file, even a WhatsApp message. The categories, items and prices are extracted for you, and nothing is saved until you have reviewed and edited it.
Does Arabic work properly?
Arabic is the original, not a translation pass. The menu and the dashboard are both fully right-to-left, with Arabic typography — and an Arabic menu stays Arabic even when the visitor's phone is set to English.
Can I hide sold-out items?
Either way, and it is your choice. Mark an item unavailable and it can be greyed out with a 'sold out' label, or hidden from the menu completely.
Can I preview the menu before publishing?
Yes. Build the whole thing in private and preview it exactly as a customer will see it. It only becomes public when you press publish — and you can unpublish just as easily.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer. The account details are inside the app, and you upload a photo of the receipt from the same screen.
What happens if my subscription ends?
Your menu stops being public, and nothing is deleted. Your items, photos, tables and staff come back exactly as you left them the moment you renew.
Does the customer send their order straight to the kitchen?
No. Ordering helps the customer build their order on their phone and show it to the captain in full — items, options and total. Nothing is sent to the kitchen automatically and there is no online payment; your restaurant works exactly the way it already does.
Built for restaurants that want it simple.
Alnabil brings your digital menu and your restaurant-management tools into one place, so you run the customer experience from the QR code on the table through to service and analytics — without stitching separate tools together.
Arabic first, not Arabic added
The product was designed in Arabic and translated into English, not the other way round. Right-to-left is the original layout, not a mirrored copy of one.
One platform, not five tools
Menu, QR codes, tables, service calls, staff roles and analytics are one system behind one login.
A person answers
Setting up is a conversation, not a support ticket. Your subscription is activated by a person, and the same WhatsApp number answers afterwards.
Your menu could be live today.
