Terms of use

Last updated: 2026-08-08

Simple terms for using Alnabil. By using the platform you agree to them.

1. Your account

An account belongs to one restaurant. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what anyone you grant access does. You can create accounts for your staff with specific roles, and you remain responsible for their activity.

2. Subscription and payment

Creating an account, building your menu and previewing it are free. Publishing your menu to customers requires an active subscription, activated by bank transfer after you upload a photo of the receipt and we review it. Paid features are added to your account when you ask for them.

3. When a subscription ends

Your menu is hidden from customers and the QR code stops showing it. Nothing in your data is deleted. Everything you built comes back exactly as you left it the moment you renew.

4. The content you upload

You own your restaurant's name, logo, photos and menu text, and you grant us only the permission needed to display them on your public menu. You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices and descriptions, and for having the right to use the images you upload.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to publish unlawful content or content you do not hold the rights to, and do not attempt to disrupt the service or reach another restaurant's data. We may suspend an account that does.

6. Availability

We do what we can to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee it runs without interruption. We may carry out maintenance or updates that briefly interrupt it.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and we will tell you about important changes. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept them.
